Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We never have, and we do not intend to.

We do share some website visitor information for advertising.

Our public website runs a Meta Pixel, which shares information about your visit with Meta so we can measure our advertising and reach people who may be interested in our service.

Under California law, that counts as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising."

This does not apply to client data.

If you are a Top Local Pick client, nothing in your dashboard or portal is tracked for advertising, and the customer list you send us is never shared with any advertising platform. It is used to send review requests for your business, and for nothing else.

How to opt out

Any one of these stops it:

> Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or browser extension. We honor it automatically, and you do not need to tell us.

> Email us at [email protected] with "Do Not Share" in the subject line. Tell us the email address you use with us, if you have one, so we can apply it to your record.

> Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

> Change your ad settings with Meta directly, in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

> We will not treat you differently for opting out. You will get the same service, the same prices, and the same support.

Your other rights

California residents, and residents of other states with comparable laws, have further rights: to know what we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, and to delete it. Our Privacy Policy explains all of them and how to make a request.
